Le'Rhone is a high-capacity digital marketing technology leader with a demonstrated history of creating meaningful experiences that drive results. He's partnered with organizations of all sizes and has helped them navigate technology solutions to achieve winning business objectives. He's passionate about leadership, public speaking, and using technology to make a difference.

Empowering Teams

No one likes a micromanager. When you have talented people in the right roles, everyone wins. The goal is to find the best team members and put them in positions where they win today and show continued growth in the future.

Cross-discipline Collaborator

The greatest success comes from pulling the best ideas from the full team. Working closely with Creative, Technology, Strategy, Client Service, and other members of the product team ensure the best ideas find their way to the surface.

Organizationally Focused

Ideas are great, but they shouldn't be made in a vacuum. Aligning team and department goals with initiatives that are important to the larger organization shows a commitment to the objectives of senior leadership and creates a unified vision.

Transparent Communicator

There are few things more frustrating than lack of clear direction. Establishing trust, communicating clearly and often, and creating clear next steps is key for the continued development of team members.

Positive Motivator

Positivity is underrated. While it's important to be realistic and not sugar-coat issues, maintaining a posture of positivity can do wonders for motivating teams and achieving meaningful results.

Life-long Learner

Digital is ever-changing and we need to equip ourselves with new concepts, approaches, and the learnings of others. We're not chasing fads; we're staying on top of where the industry is going and adjusting our initiatives to stay ahead.


How it started

Working on the original Blue Media Group website in 2004 with my Blackberry, the Web Design Business Kit, and a celebratory cookie.
